    • Developed indicators to identify economies engaged in the trade of unlicensed software and counterfeits by correlating them with existing ICT infrastructure (Data driven 301 Report).
    • Developed talking points on issues related to pharmaceuticals and Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS), TRIPS Plus and flexibilities.
    • Reviewed and cleared documents for G7, G20 and other agencies that engage in innovation and technology/knowledge transfer.
    • Briefing Document: University-Industry Partnerships: Issues Related to Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property Rights.
    • Guest Lecturer, School of Law, George Mason University, Arlington, VA.
    • Planned (Cuba) and Planned and Executed (Myanmar) Workshops on Innovation and Entrepreneurships (2016).
  • United Nations
    • Worked closely with IO and US-UN on topics related to the establishment and operationalization of UN Technology Bank.
    • Represented EB/CBA/IPE to UNCTAD/CSTD on topics related to innovation and technology/knowledge transfers, Budapest, January 11-13, 2016.
    • HABITAT III – Review and clear documents and assist in developing talking points.
  • Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD)
    • Reviewed and cleared working proposal on technology transfer measures undertaken by the Trade Committee.
    • Review and provide suggestions on the topic of counterfeit and pirated trade.
  • Science and Technology (with OSTP)
    • Leading an effort to develop a global S&T map to include all ongoing Research, Development, and Manufacturing efforts.
  • G7: Provided guidance on issues related to technology/knowledge transfer.
  • G20: Member of the All Agency Innovation Task Force.
