Liang Zhang Secures Funding via CT SMARTE Program
Liang Zhang has secured funding from the Dept of Energy for UConn’s Industrial Assessment Center and Manufacturing Simulation Center. This is part of a pilot to enhance the small/medium-sized manufacturers practice to adopt smart manufacturing and high-performance computing, and the reduce emissions from the industrial sector in the State. Liang has also recently been appointed as the Pratt & Whitney Associate Professor in Advanced Systems Engineering.
